Thank you so much for your hard work, support and dedication to our school. Our Valentine’s appeal was a huge success this year! We raised $2,170 in donations! This is amazing!
The children have been busy strengthening their fine motor skills in all areas of the classroom. Our curriculum this past week has focused on writing, math, science and Spring. We have been observing lady bugs and their spots, and planting bean seeds to see what will happen. Each day the children are caring for their beans by using the eye dropper to water their experiment.
On Tuesday April 4th we will be taking a field trip to Dutton’s Farm Stand in Manchester to observe and experience the maple syrup process. We will depart WRMS @ 9:30am and will enjoy a picnic lunch at Dutton’s. We will return to WRMS around 12pm. We still need parent volunteers to make this a successful field trip.
April 14th will be a half day of school. Our morning routine will be of normal. We will have our Spring Concert at 11:30, followed by a Pot Luck lunch. School will depart and close at 12:30.
Possible Snow Day/Early Release:
Due to the snowy weather coming our way beginning early tomorrow, and steady throughout the afternoon, we want to give you a heads up that there may be possibility of early release, and no aftercare. We will make a decision no later than 10AM.
